Angel Nests stand by our products we are happy to take them back if you're not 100% happy about your purchase.You can return the items within 30 days from the date of order delivery to receive a full refund.Please note that shipping charges are non refundable and customer is required to pay for any return shipping fees occurs.

         At this time we are unable to offer exchanges.  You may return your items and repurchase the correct size.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

All returns are subject to quality approval and inspection.Unapproved products will be sent back and refund will be denied.Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items 
  • Within 30 days from the date of order delivery.

*Certain items are not eligible to return for hygienic reasons.Please see the following: Swimwear, Beanies/Winter hats, Headbands, Socks, Leg warmers.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to return for a refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your return.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

*For late returns that are postmarked after 30 days from the date of order delivery only Store Credit will be processed instead of refund. 

Returns postmarked after 60 days from the date of purchase will be rejected and sent back at the sender's cost.

To complete your return, we require an electronic receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your product(s) back to the address you received them from. We have multiple warehouses and our shipping centers do not process returns.Wait for our email with the proper US mailing address for returns.Angel Nests will not be held responsible for lost packages that's being sent to the wrong return address.

 

 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Due to inspection, warehouse, and processing costs a 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders that are returned and refunded. Orders that are returned due to manufacturers defect will not incur this restocking fee.The fee will be applied to the original order and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  

CHANGE/ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please make sure to double check the order confirmation email every time after making a purchase for the details provided: size, color, shipping address, billing address etc.
  • Angel Nests will not be held responsible for wrong shipping address provided.
  • Due to high volume of orders,we always process each order at the fastest speed as possible.Request of size, color, or address change must be done within 2 hours of order confirmation.Cancellation of orders are honored within 2 hours of the transaction.
  • Late change or cancellation will not be honored and customer will need to return the items to receive a refund.

 

WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM

 We firmly stand behind our products.  We will replace your item if it falls into one of these categories:

  1. The item has a manufacturing problem or defective.
  2. Wrong item sent.
  3. Item did not make it to delivery address.(according to tracking number)

Please send a photo of the item to be replaced showing the listed problem to request a replacement at

Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons. We will issue a replacement.Refunds will only be given when items are returned to us.
