Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

How long does shipping take?  We've successfully delivered over 110,000 orders to customers around the globe.

  • USA Orders: We'll process your order within 24 to 48 hours after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.  Delivery takes about 1- 2 weeks after item ships.  
  • International orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of purchase.  Items will deliver in 2-4 weeks.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

How much is the shipping cost?

  • USA Orders- Free shipping on orders over $49,or flat rate shipping $5.99.
  • International Orders- Orders less than $99 cost $9.99 for shipping while orders over $99 are FREE SHIPPING. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

 Where are your products from? 

  • Most of our products are manufactured in China and we have warehouse located in the US and Oversea.Some of our products will ship directly from our oversea warehouse to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.
How can I track my order?  
  • Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships with a tracking number.You can also track your order status at TRACK ORDER STATUS .

      I didn't get all of my items?

      • In order for you to receive your items as soon as possible sometime we ship out Items separately according to availability at no additional cost.  You will receive tracking information for each item after it ships.  

      Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

      • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at
      • we will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been shipped, you may return any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them.
      • There's a 2 hours window for changes to be made once the order is placed.After that some changes may not be honoured.

      Can I pay in my own currency?

      • All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.  You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.

      Package lost in Transit?

      • Angel Nests is happy to send you a replacement in case your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered by the courier. Please note replacements are also sent via regular shipping thus items may take up to 20 business days to be delivered. 

      Can I combine the discount for one order?

      Discounts cannot be combined. One discount code will work at a time for one order.

      I did't not receive an order confirmation email but my card was charged?

      There's some incidences that you order is not placed successfully due to billing error or banking system connection error.You may see a pending charge appear on your payment account.

      If you have placed the order successfully you WILL receive an order confirmation email from us.(Please double check the mailbox in case the email is forwarded to junk mail or make sure a correct email address is submitted).

      If the order has not gone through the pending charge will not be posted to your account and will be cleared within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.In this case,you may resume your shopping cart to resubmit the order.

      If the error is caused by browser please try to switch to a different browser or device to resubmit the order.
